Vailos® Air Max 220 is a patented innovation. It is the worlds’ lightest natural fibre based product with a predicted body of <20% and an arc-rating of >8 cal/cm2. It is a proprietary blend of high strength performance fibres, green performance fibres and natural fibres. It is 12% lighter than current cotton treated industry standard solution weighing 250gsm.
